Urban Retreat offers a range of services designed for relaxation and pampering:

Body Scrub

Invigorating deep cleansing body treatment which improves circulation by exfoliating dead skin cells and nourishing the skin using various combinations of sea salt, essential oils, water or skin brush to massage the body and leave the skin silky soft.

Salt Body Scrub

Feel a tingle all over your body after this cleansing treatment. It's used to remove dead skin and improve circulation by rubbing a mixture of coarse salt and aromatic oils all over the body. Great for exfoliation and for re-energising a sluggish circulatory system!

Hydrotherapy

Water-based massage treatment, using directed water jets programmed and synchronized to increase lymphatic drainage, relax sore muscles and stimulate circulation. It should leave you all tingly and relaxed and is excellent pre- or post- massage, scrub, body treatment or facial.

Foot Spa

A luxurious soak in a warm foot spa/bath helps relieve aches and pains; also great for sufferers of arthritis. Treat the feet to gentle vibrations and water jets that tame the toes, massage rollers that melt away tension, and heated bubbles to bring bliss.
