All services are provided by a team of practitioners under the supervision and guidance of the proprietor Mr David Moloney.

Mr. David Moloney, is an AAMT accredited massage therapist and Exercise Physiologist (AAESS) who holds a degree from Australian Catholic University and has been providing health and fitness related services to the general public for over twenty years. Urban Retreat offers a holistic approach to physical and mental wellbeing, and has a range of programs designed to address the primary causes of health issues in addition to providing effective treatments for their symptoms.
